Selling Tab: Overview
The Selling Tab is the primary hub for photographers to manage photos, create albums, and facilitate
sales. It is designed to be intuitive and task-oriented, ensuring photographers can complete key actions
quickly
and efficiently while engaging with customers at live events.
High-Level Structure
1. Album Management Section (Top)
- Displays all albums created at the event as thumbnails.
- Enables photographers to manage albums easily.
2.Photo Management Section (Below Albums)
- Displays all individual photos uploaded for the event.
- Allows for quick actions on photos (pricing, tagging, album inclusion).
3.Sales Tools (Integrated
with
Albums and Photos)
- Includes options to generate customer purchase links for photos and albums.
- Preview feature for photographers to see what customers will experience.
1. Album Management Section
This section focuses on grouping photos into albums to simplify customer interactions and bulk sales.
Customer View (Selling Mode)
Interface:
- Displays created albums as tappable thumbnails at the top of the screen.
- Each album shows its total price, with a discounted price shown alongside the full price (if a discount
is
applied).
Features:
- Browse with Customers:
- Photographers can tap an album to open a carousel view for scrolling through photos with customers.
- Sharing Options:
- A button beneath each album enables link sharing, including:
- Copy to clipboard.
- Share via WhatsApp.
- Use other mobile sharing options.
- Sharing should also be possible on individual pictures
Management View
- Interface:
- A simple editing mode where photographers can:
- Add or remove photos from albums.
- Override the album price with a bulk discount (lower than the calculated total of individual
photo
prices).
- Album Display:
- All albums created for the event are displayed as horizontal thumbnails.
- Clicking a thumbnail opens the album for editing or sharing.
- Each album shows its total price, with a discounted price shown alongside the full price (if a
discount
is applied).
- Create New Album:
- Option to create an album by selecting photos from the photo gallery.
- Add a title or description for the album (optional).
- Edit Album:
- Add or remove photos from an existing album.
- Update the title/description.
- Delete Album:
- Remove an album from the event (with a confirmation prompt).
- Dynamic Syncing:
- Any adjustments made to photo pricing or premium labels in the Photos section are automatically
reflected
in the album price unless manually overridden.
Photo Management Section
This section displays all photos from the event and allows photographers to take action on individual
photos.
Features:
- Photo Gallery Display:
- Grid or list view of all photos.
- Each photo shows basic details (price, premium tag, etc.).
Individual Photo Actions:
- Price Setting:
- Set or adjust the price for a single photo.
- Tag as Premium:
- Mark a photo as “Premium” (with visual indicator).
- Add to Album:
- Select one or more albums to include the photo.
- Apply Discount:
- Apply a percentage or fixed discount to a photo.
- Delete Photo:
- Remove the photo from the gallery (with a confirmation prompt).
- Bulk Actions:
- Select multiple photos to apply bulk actions (e.g., add to an album, apply discounts, delete).
Sales Tools
Integrated directly within the album and photo management workflows, these tools facilitate sales and
improve
customer interactions.
Features:
- Generate Purchase Links:
- Create shareable links for:
- Individual photos.
- Entire albums.
- Links can be shared directly with customers for purchasing on their own devices.
- Preview Customer View:
- Photographers can preview what customers will see when they open the link.
- Quick Actions for Selling:
- Highlight top-performing photos or albums to focus on popular items.
Design Considerations

- Photographers can seamlessly manage photos and albums while interacting with customers.
- Visual hierarchy ensures albums are prioritized for bulk sales, while individual photos remain
accessible
for custom requests.
- Ease of Use:

items.
