Who we are

This site (timi.agama.com.ng) is operated personally by Timi Agama. It is a consulting portfolio and contact site — not a company or commercial service.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form we collect what you type in it:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message body
  • If you pick “Project Discussion”: the product name, stage, concept, and target market you describe

In addition, some data is collected passively in the course of serving the site:

  • IP address and request metadata — logged briefly by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention. Treated as standard server access logs.
  • Bot-detection cookie (__cf_bm, and similar) set by Cloudflare Turnstile when the contact form loads. This is a strictly-necessary cookie used to distinguish humans from bots.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It never has, and the site owner has no plan to add them.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used for a single purpose: to reply to your enquiry. It is not added to any list, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for automated profiling.

Who your data is shared with

The infrastructure used to deliver the site and the contact form involves a small number of third parties:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, Turnstile bot protection). Contact form payloads transit Cloudflare's edge servers.
  • ForwardEmail (email delivery). Your submission is converted into an email sent to the site owner's inbox via this service.
  • cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Bootstrap CSS and JS are loaded from this Cloudflare-operated CDN.

No data is sold, rented, or shared for any purpose other than what is described above.

How long we keep it

Contact form emails are kept in the site owner's inbox indefinitely unless you ask for them to be deleted (see below).

Cloudflare's access logs are retained by Cloudflare under its own policies.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and (for visitors in the EU / UK) under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data held about you
  • Have inaccurate personal data corrected
  • Have your personal data deleted
  • Object to, or restrict, its processing
  • Receive a portable copy of the data you submitted

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form — pick “Quick question” and start your message with “Privacy request:”. Requests are handled personally and typically responded to within a few working days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date above. For material changes you'll typically see a note on the landing page for a reasonable period.
